Radio B is a living, breathing, evolving vehicle of music. An artist. A true student of the game. He first picked up a pen at age 17 and quickly took a liking to battle rap. The competitive nature of hiphop drew him in immensely, and he picked it up fast. He tore into rappers in bunches in Richmond barber shops, open mics, and ciphers. He became well known and respected on the hiphop scene in Richmond at a young age. He became an integral part of founding a label with his high school mates called Black Money Entertainment. Black Money used their youth and strength in numbers to make a lot of noise in VA. Radio shows, live performances, open mics, and fund raisers were in abundance. As many groups/organizations do...Black Money Ent. broke apart, and Radio B (then Blitz)...found himself having to do things for and on his own. During this time Radio B linked up and became close friends with Nickelus F formerly known as Nick Fury and The Burglars. He continued to do shows and drop mixtapes. Radio B's style has evolved distinctly over time as all artists should. He has gone from an avid battle rapper, into an introspective, flow driven, artist who shares all his life experiences with the world. Radio has a jaded outlook on the industry, but a faith in music and artistry which spurs him on in a time where music seems to be fading away. Radio shares and bears all in his music, from his mother's battle with lupus to losing his sister at a young age, and more recently losing his close friend and the leader of the Burglarz E-Skummy to murder. Since this time Radio B and Nickelus F have founded Rayni Day Entertainment. An independent label with an ordinary man's motif. The underdog mentality...The idea is to make positives out of negatives...You see rainy days...They see flowers blooming. R.D.E. makes music for all occasions and emotions and people of all walks of the earth, but what they do best is real life, and struggles. Radio B hopes to inspire people through R.D.E. and motivate people to reach to the ends of the earth to reach their dreams. Coming from Richmond, a place where there is no major sports team, and local celebrities for the most part are...just that...local. There's Deangelo and Skillz, and more recently Trey Songz from Petersburg, but the chances are slim for the aspiring artist in the Capital City...Which makes Radio B and Rayni Day Entertainment's underdog mentality all the more a reality...And the world loves the underdog.CLICK ON MY MIXTAPE COVER BELOW TO COP!!!!
