I've always been exposed to a lot of music. I was raised by a musical theatre actress/dancer/singer, educator, band member, songstress, choir director, etc. mama and classically trained, bebop, funk, jazz, etc. pianist/bassist/every instrument made-ist, musical genius, photographer, army vet & engineer daddy... More than 75% of my family are artist on some level (mostly music)... I grew up an eager little black girl in DENVER, CO who I got to listen to and sing/play a little bit of everything. Thus, I like and adapt to all kinds of music... if I am so moved, so be it!
I love to laugh... I like to have my thoughts provoked and rerouted... I like mystery... I like to be challenged... I like my emotions stirred... If it's good, it's good!
See movies then read on... When I can get to the tube I like anything involving forensic science and law, some throwback sit-coms, black history, dramas, mysteries, comedies, some reality stuff... For example: All CSIs, all Law & Orders, Psych (Piiiyahno-lol), Monk, Swingtown, Criminal Minds, 24, Cold Case, The Closer, Damages, The Practice, Family Guy, Biggest Loser, In Plain Sight, Best Dance Crew, So You Think You Can Dance, Top Model, Project Runway, American Idol AUDITIONS (funny stuff), The Office, My Name is Earl, etc...
