let's get some football on. i understand it's open season on wolverine.

About Me

I'd rather learn about someone else than talk about me, but here goes nothing. I am a logical thinker and analyzer. At a party, I'm more likely to be found watching a group of people, than being the center of attention. I really enjoy learning about history; also about why things work the way they do. See? all linear thinking! It's not that I don't like having a good time, but a good time to me, constitutes a good conversation over coffee rather than 50 people bowling. I love to cook - well, bake actually. And the people i work with usually reap the benefits of that. I'm pretty low key and low maintenance, but I'm all about the respect. Two of my big loves are music and travel. I've been fortunate enough to have a few stamps in my passport, but the world is a big place. I value my faith and my friends above all.

My Interests

Music; movies; cooking; the creative process behind anything. I am a wealth of useless information. I enjoy learning - almost anything, but especially about people.
You Are the Swedish Chef
"Bork! Bork! Bork!"
Your happy and energetic - with borderline manic tendencies.
No one really gets you. And frankly, you don't even get you.
But, you sure can whip up a great chocolate mousse The Muppet Personality Test

Music:

Wow, where does one begin? Almost anything goes with me, except the really whiney country. My favorite genre is movie soundtracks. Anything by Hans Zimmer (Crimson Tide or Pirates of the Caribbean), Howard Shore (Lord of the Rings, King Kong), or James Horner (Titanic). I will sing anything --ANYTHING-- written by John Rutter. But I really enjoy anything from Metallica to Rogers and Hammerstein. It all depends on the mood. My favorite singer is Josh Groban.

Movies:

Thinking movies like "Memento" and "What Dreams May Come". I really like the ones you have to watch three or four times before it all makes sense. But occasionally I like the Lord of the Rings series or a good Indiana Jones. and VERY occasionally I'll throw in a chick flick like "Return to Me" or "French Kiss". I have fallen in love with "Band of Brothers" and have gained a new respect for anything circa WWII.

Television:

I am a 24 junkie and I'm not ashamed of it. Gilmore Girls; Friends. That's about it.

You are a control freak who needs every thing to be perfect!! Don't worry though, your charm is amazing and your talents really stand out!
Take The Quiz Now!

Books:

Histories - real, like "Flags of Our Fathers", or imagined, such as "Lord of the Rings" or "The Da Vinci Code". One Bullet Away, and Lone Survivor are among my favorites as I have nothing but respect for the US military. Harry Potter is a guilty pleasure. I enjoy reading/learning about politics but refrain from political discussions since I really don't "know" anything except what I've read. And that doesn't constitute an opinion. :o) "Captivating" is a book i will reccommend to every woman.
