About Me

I felt it time to change my 'about me' due to the fact it was extremely outdated. Well a few things I'm super duper into are Paul Frank items, Coca Cola collectables, Sudoku (diabolical), Dance Dance Revolution, Seinfeld, Family Guy, and the expression 'super duper.' I also enjoy doing hair and makeup and touching up pics on Photoshop. My pet peeves are people who invade my personal space, people who don't say 'thanks' 'excuse me' 'sorry' or 'bless you', guys who wear sunglasses indoors/at night, and when folks hit me on the arm for emphasis when they speak. I also dislike simplistic formulaic rap songs but often find myself singing them while driving (dammit!) I guess I should actually say more 'about me' in my 'about me' so here it goes...umm personality wise I think of myself as pretty optimistic and positive I'd like to think that others see me the same way. I often laugh at inappropriate things in inappropriate situations. I pride myself with making little discoveries and turning my friends onto them from hair conditioner to breath mints. One of my favorite new pasttimes is Yahoo answers...I feel like an advice columnist %30 best answers...Yup! I'd like to get more organized, health conscious, and work on a new walk.

My Interests

Animation, Salsa dancing (beginner), Taekwondo, music, art.

I'd like to meet:

The baby version of myself along with the help of a Delorean and flux capacitor.

Music:

John Coltrane's in a sentimental mood, Anything Prince (Adore is the favorite), Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, the Bee Gees, Shadow Fax, Tego Calderon, alot of other Reggaeton, Bob James (take me to the mardi gras...everyone has sampled it), Mozart's 25th in G minor, pretty much most funk, jazzy, hip hop, latin sound. I'll add more later...

Movies:

THE ORIGINAL WILLY WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY WITH GENE WILDER. EDDIE MURPHY (The early years...Coming to America etc.) Shawshank redemption, and any movie where the protagonist wins in the end. Yep I said it!

Television:

Seinfeld, Late Night with Conan O'brien, The Dave Chapelle Show, and Sex and the City are the only ones that make me laugh out loud. But I'll watch a Laverne and Shirley or I love Lucy rerun when I'm in a bind.

Books:

Like water for chocolate was the only one that could really hold my short attention span....I think it was because all the food mentioned ....ummm.
