My name is Dawn or Dawdy, i'm 33 years young, married with a 2 year old son.I am disabled due to a motorbike accident 13 years ago when I was 19 yrs old (got wiped out by a volvo).As a result of the accident, i had to have an above knee amputation of the right leg. This has given me a curved spine, a displaced pelvis and numerous other health problems.I also have sero-negative arthritis in my wrists, back and neck and spondylosis, overweight but working on that one, have lost 2 stone so far....really wud like to make new friends to exchange emails with and have chats as my days are very long and boring (except when my son is around) due to my husband/carer doing everything in the house, some may think this is wonderful, but after a while it does start to get you down, and i'm not a happy bunny at the moment.I am league secretary for my local darts league, which has 51 teams spread over four divisions, play once a week, still winning stuff after 14 years.
Got two cats, who both have a leg missing, adopted them cos i knew how they felt.
