Los comienzos de Whisky In The Jar se encuentran a mediados del año 2001 cuando 2 compañeros de clase, Dave y Agus, deciden formar una banda alternativa a Into Dark Ways, la banda Doom a la cual pertenecían. Contactan con Alex y Presu, dos buenos amigos que se harán cargo del bajo y la batería, respectivamente. Desde entonces, y sobreviviendo a circunstancias adversas y diferentes cambios de formación (Dave se ve obligado a abandonar la banda en el 2003), Whisky In The Jar siguen escribiendo temas de rock, canciones con un sabor setentero pero que suenan actuales. Durante el invierno del año 2005 y primeros del 2006 graban su primera maqueta. Whisky In The Jar tienen un larguísimo camino que recorrer aún. Esperamos que os gusten los temas, y nos acompañeis durante este viaje...**************************************************** ************The beggining of Whisky In The Jar can be found in the middle of year 2001, when classmates Dave and Agus make the decision to form an alternative band to Into Dark Ways, the Doom band in which they played. They give a call to Alex and Presu, two of their best friends who play bass and drums, respectively. Since then, and surviving problematic circumstances and different line-up changes (Dave has to leave the band in 2003), Whisky In The Jar keep on writing rock songs, songs with the taste of the 70's and an actual sound. During the winter of 2005 and early 2006 they record their very first demo ever. Whisky In The Jar still have a long long way to walk.
