About Me

Determination is key in making changes and the body simply won't respond to a lazy mind
If more people believed in themselves instead of a chauvinistic view of God than there would be no need for most of the senseless violence in the world, more energy will be directed in a positive and useful way.
I think that we are all here because a bunch of precisely perfect random events led to our existence on this rock and there is NO good reason why. it's not fate. it just is. there is nobody behind the curtain. The only thing that matters is how you feel, because in each of our worlds the ego is the only thing that is really proven to exist. The company we keep and things we do define our reality. Money and power are simply mediums that are necessary to achieve the freedom required to adequately enjoy the world with the ones we love. If you don't remember any of these experiences, they never happened. A monotonous life is a slow death.

Reality TV is the beginning of the end of everything that we know is good. they are only just getting warmed up. soon everything will be on TV. life can be a spectator sport. live vicariously through another person living vicariously through someone else. with commercials. stay tuned.

Books:

if you can list all of the books you have read here then you haven't done enough reading. I'm not even going to attempt. Some books I'm currently reading:
This book heralds aspirin as the ultimate wonder drug and the most significant and representative achievement of medicine. Halfway through the book and still no mention of upper GI bleeds...
"Who then, are the mutants? There can only be one answer, and it is one that is consistent with our everyday experience of the normal and the pathological. We are all mutants. But some of us are more mutant than others."
By declaring war an "art", Sun Tzu has effectively made this an irresistible read for any white man who has never hoisted a halberd or plundered in the slightest. Use this book in life and everyone will be impressed. people will notice the changes you have made as a more assertive figure around the office and a fierce presence at family functions and other non-work related gatherings. this is the Art Of War.
Being a samurai really isn't that cool. you must live as though you are already dead, so when the time comes to make an insane and desperate attack no hesitation will be made.
"If a samurai has to choose to eat or not to eat; he chooses not to eat, if he has to choose to die or not to die; he chooses to die". The Samurai also routinely spends hours a day grooming and looking into mirrors. This is the way of the Samurai.
If someone holds your hand through a journey to the brink of hell and back (and you lived to tell about it) then you will forever be willing to follow them into the mire. Hail First Aid.
An electrical adventure into heartland
This one might actually be better for internal medicine than First Aid. So begins the tangled web of lies and deceit as I attempt to read both...

Pavlovs Dogs Pavlov

I'm pretty sure that Pavlov's dogs had Pavlov trained to ring a bell everytime that they salivated.  Since Pavlov associated the bell with not being eaten- he never forgot to feed the dogs.
