Living life in a way that provides deeper meaning and fulfillment than the constant striving for materialistic wealth that Modern Western society seems to largely endorse is hard enough when you already know what higher purpose you are working toward.....
But it is downright impossible if you never take the time to ask yourself what Is the purpose of your life, and what is the fulfillment you need, and probe your consiousness deep enough to reject the ego's immediate shallow responses to such troubling questions.....
The ego is tricky, but the true awareness within us is timelessly wise if we but quiet our minds enough to listen to it, and strengthen our hearts enough to act upon the truth it illuminates.....
The truth offered may be difficult to follow at times, but in the end, it will be far more rewarding than chasing a life full of ultimately hollow desires.
