I would like to say everything

About Me

I teach piano/keyboards/synths at Mashu Studios in Wallington. I've been playing piano since 4 years old. Originally classically trained, but over the past few years I have branched out to jazz, metal, rock, prog and fusion.
I currently play keyboards for Lost Planet. A heavy progressive fusion project playing original material and covers from bands and artists such as Dream Theater, Joe Satriani, Planet X and Derek Sherinan.
I started playing the drums at 16 after my dad (also a drummer) taught me how :) I attended the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology in Croydon (for 6 years!! - after dropping back a year to take Music instead of Dance & Theatre) where I completed a BTEC National Diploma in Music and an A-level in Music History. I have played in many bands over the past few years, and have performed at venues around London and the South East - such as The Mean Fiddler (sister venue to the Astoria).
I am the drummer for Surrey based stoner-rock band The Mammoth Guard, (who's first demo will be out shortly!) (Recording currently in progress) Check out the new website at www.mammothguard.com...
I am in the process of studying for a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology which I'm hoping will lead me on to University to study Physiotherapy. This is something I would like to work alongside my Reiki Mastership and would be incredibly valuable with specific music related injuries such as RSI.
Check me out here! for my myspace music site :)
or my website that i sometimes update :P

My Interests

My passion is Music (playing, writing and listening). I play piano/keyboards, drums, guitar and bass (even some violin too) and dedicate a few hours a day to writing music, practicing and perfecting my skills on the instrument(s).

I love watching wrestling (ECW, TNA, ROH) WWE is a disgrace! I spend a lot of any free time I have reading books (mainly fantasy/fiction/historical and political), playing MtG and roleplaying! I love LARPing, D+D, cinema and computer games (CoD, Neverwinter Nights, Star Wars Battlefront, LoTR Battle for Middle Earth, Age of Empires....etc).

I also love stand-up comedy and a huge fan of Ross Noble, Jack Dee, Bill Bailey and Richard Pryor.

I'm a qualified Reiki Master with a huge amount if interest in the subject of holistic therapies so I enjoy practicing this ancient healing art and reading my many books on the subject(s) whenever I get chance.

I love walks, especially around my parents' house in France where the countryside and forests are so relaxing and deserted you can lose yourself in your thoughts and completely de-stress!

Chilling to dvds with a mug of hot tea, especially curled up with someone/something =)... im interested in that anytime =)

I'd like to meet:

Ross Noble =) Musicians, roleplayers, gamers, people interested in the weird and wonderful (within reason), aliens, wrestling fans, FFC fans :P
Anyone in to anything i am really.. and anyone in to anything im not!! Which means all i have just typed is pointless...
If you like what you see and you're not a twat.. then add :)

Any band requests - please add my myspace music page. Cheers x
