From a club of only four members in 1996, we have come a long way. The members that we have now are only the "hardcore" few that are willing to take that extra step to strive for perfection and excellence. We started the club as a way to show our love for our cars, to compete, and most importantly, to promote the import scene. In our eyes, we have done all of that and more. Not only did we do the FIRST import car show here in the Chicagoland area, we have also innovated the entire scene with others. We all helped to bring it to its level today. Clubs like TCL and H4R are just two of the "Old School" clubs that have been there with us since the beginning. We have won countless awards on an individual basis, and as a group. We have won races and done autocross as well. That is why "Motorsports" was used because we don't just concentrate on one area. We concentrate on the whole aspect of the automotive scene. We don't claim to be the first import car club, nor the best, but just to be remembered as one of the innovators of the scene here in Chicago and the Midwest. We have proven to be a powerhouse for our shows and in competition. We will continue this through 2003 and beyond.We would like to say a big "thank you" from Deceptions Motorsports to our supporters throughout the years. First to our families for putting up with our addiction to our cars. Secondly, to our sponsors throughout the years: Car Boutique, SCA Motoring, Mixtureonline.com, Center Stage L.A. and to all the local shops that have become close to us and have supported us all the way. To our credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Thanks for raising our limit each month so we could buy that new rim or engine. For putting us into more debt, we thank you. =). To those of you reading this and all of the supporters of Deceptions Motorsports and the IMPORT REVOLUTION series, without you, we would have never experienced the success and the achievements. We only have you to thank. But most importantly, we would like to thank all the "haters" and people who don't like us out there. Why? Those are the people that motivate us the most. They help us get up that much earlier, to stay up later, to get faster, work long hours, promote harder, drive better and push harder. Those are only some of the examples of what we do because of the motiviation. Keep that negativism alive, because you are the true driving force behind our success and never-ending quest for perfection. Something you will never have. Thank you.
