About Me

First off, I am a loyal S.O.T.W. Fan and Supporter. I own and operate a small company called C&S Design Studio which produces CGI imagery for typically small businesses.
***Update: July 23rd 2007***
Today has brought on some personal revalations in my life for me. I may have a big mouth, and big ideas when it comes to things I will do when people wrong me, but in truth I just let people walk on me.
Today is the end of being walked on. I have been down since April 6th. I have tried to be the nice guy who just wants everything to turn out right. I have tried to be patient, I have tried to be understanding, but I can't take living in this hell much longer.
I am on the edge of losing it, I know it and it is not a good thing. The pain only keeps increasing, and the stress of still not being paid is taking it's tolls on me.
Today, I fight back. Today, I fight for me. I refuse to be walked on by an insurance company when enough other assholes walk on me. I refuse to take their bullshit any longer.
***Update: August 28th 2007***
After having fought with the tyrants, also known as Worker's Comp, I have finally made some progress. Payments finally reached me (After 3 1/2 months of waiting). Progress is also now being made towards the real goal here, my much needed surgery. Hopefully soon.
The computer has been on the fritz as well, but that soon will be remedied and many of my obligations should be filled soon once I receive all my new little parts and assemble the new one.
Writing has came to a halt for the time being on all my books I am working on. Immense writers block has set in, probably due to everything going on in my life. I am almost finished with the Religious Horror novel though, hoping to get the manuscript into a publisher by late fall.
That pretty much sums up this update, I will let everyone know when things begin to happen. Thank you all for being there for me and supporting me when I needed you the most.

Has been a long time since I have made an update. So here it is. I had surgery on April 22nd, 2008. The two herniated discs were removed and I had 2 bars and 6 screws put in. Worker's Comp has continued to screw with me, but my lawyer has done his best to thwart that. I have moved twice, the first time being very brief of only 15 days.
My new location is over in Southwest Portland in a very overpriced apartment with two roommates. They are good guys, and have helped me during the latest "Lets not send him a paycheck" spree. I found myself quickly single prior to the second move from out of no where, but has once again adapted to the life of being single.
I am now more mobile then prior to my surgery. It has taken some time, and it still hurts quite a bit when I push too hard. I have been more bold though, in traveling on public transportation. I now go to Downtown quite often and still visit North Portland occasionally. Shouldn't be much longer until I should have my settlement then only god knows where I will find myself. I will finally be able to buy a vehicle, god willing a house, and go back to school.
Should I get that chance, I have hopes of enrolling at Reed into their dual masters program for Biochem and Molecular Biology. A physically low impact field, so hopefully once school is finished I should be healed enough for the doctor to release me to work. (Yes, that is roughly 6-7 years away.) My internal healing is going exceptionally slow, and I still am not allowed to begin physical therapy.
Well, that should be enough to fill most of you in on how my life has been. Sorry I have not been more social, but perhaps that will change now.
