There has been an alarming increase in the number of things you know nothing about.

About Me

Instead of writing something original, I'm pasting old comments from my friendster page - cause it feeds my ego

Sara is one of those few effortlessly beautiful people whose physical attractiveness cuts in equal proportion to her acrid sarcasm. Soft enough to comfort her friends with uwavering loyalty and hard enough to leave permanent psychic scars on her enemies with her words, she's a jalepeno-laced gummy bear that burns as it goes down. She's what would happen if Davis Sedaris forgot he was gay and had a love child with Margaret Atwood. She's as seductive as light glinting off a knife-edge, and that's a cheesy as hell metaphor and makes her sound terribly "goth", but just try looking into those anime blue eyes and try to look away from the acidic glimmer within...

Sara's awesome. She's the badass librarian we all wish we could be. Loyal, forgiving, understanding. And don't try to match wits with this one...unless you enjoy losing. She's beauty and brains, sweetness and sarcasm, confidence and humility. She's angelic yet devilishly clever. Sara's got it all I tell ya!

Sara rocks my world, and has since the day I met her... er, out drinking, I think. We've grown up a bit (maybe) since that point, but she's helped keep me sane. She's been a friend, a confidant, and an advice columnist all rolled up into one big-eyed package. She is down for almost anything; she lifts me up where we belong. Sorry, eighties flashback, where were we? Anywho, Sara's a great friend, made all the better by the fact that she ingests Guiness.

Sara really is a library queen. I used to think I was a hipster librarian, but she puts me to shame! And she does indeed have a rare combination of wit and cuteness. I hope I get to drink martinis and gossip with her and Ray more often in the future.

Sara's an amazing woman! Brilliant, fun to be around, and a great conversationalist! I couldn't ask for a better sister than her!

Sara is awesome. She will be your friend no matter what- even if she thinks you are wrong-even if you have been meaning to call her for like months-even if she finds you covered in shaving cream sitting on a curb down State Street-even if she hears you having sex with someone in the other room-even if you have to lean on her till you learn how to rollerblade. With those big flirtie blue eyes, what is not to love?

Charming. Simply charming. And a Cubs fan to boot! We don't have enough of those in our common circle of friends, but I hope we can be trendsetters together. Sara is a rare breed of a girl who grows both more mysterious and more inviting as you get to know her. I'm always amazed by her, and then amazed by my own amazement. I should be on to her by now, but she always stays one step ahead to keep it interesting.

My birthday has always been difficult. Growing up I was one of those cursed children who always received a birthday/Christmas present, instead of one for each. One year my BirthMas present was an Ap...

This is why I drink.

I went out with a friend - or was it a date? I'm afraid I'm still not certain - and spent most of the evening acutely aware of the fact that I wasn't being my usual "social" self. Perhaps it was...

An ending. Today I will mail $77.05 to People's Gas. The check is written, and sits, enclosed in the official envelope, in my purse, awaiting a stamp. It has been 14 months since I lived at a prope...
