Ari Gardner

Hi.

About Me

Aiming for a late-spring/early-summer release, Ari Gardner’s newest album is sure to please fans both old and new. Returning to his roots as a songwriter, he has been busy composing stripped-down, organic, thought-provoking, buoyant songs in his usual melodic manner. Ari’s newest lyrics are some of his best, packed with emotion, instinct and testimony, reflecting the maturity of nearly 15 years of songwriting. Leaving nothing to chance, Ari is playing every instrument involved and recording the album, in its entirety, in his New York City apartment! Acting as both artist and engineer, he works unflaggingly through the night, pouring in the very essence of his being: A labor of love. On the above recordings: Ari wrote all of the music & lyrics and played guitar, bass, keyboards and synthesizers, and also performed vocals (singing both lead and back-up). Sean "The Cannon" Shannon, formerly of Molly Hatchet & Pat Travers, aside from being a super-rad person, played the drums & other percussive elements. On the new album, which, is now under the strictest of classifications and known to the public merely as "in the works," Ari performs his most daunting trick to date. New School vs. New Album

My midterm paper is super-boring & taking precious time away from recording my new album! I suppose, sometimes, life is a balancing act!
