I am a 30something woman born, raised and still living in Southeastern Michigan.Oldest of 3 sisters, with one daughter.I am in a great relationship with a man that is the love of my life.I am a Tweety Bird junkie.My daughter is now 21 and is my pride and joy, and the biggest pain in the butt!!! But I love her lots, and would never change our life together.I love music!!! Almost any kind out there. Live music is the best. In high school my friends and I would head to Pine Knob (and it will ALWAYS be Pine Knob to me!!!) and get a lawn ticket just to go and hang out there, and listen to the music.Car's have been a big part of my life also. Not a big surprise here in the Detroit area. Grew up in a garage hanging with my dad. Don't do a lot with them any more, but I never miss a Autoramma!!!Playing pool is a past time of mine, mostly in the winter. I really do love the game, just not all that good at it. I play on a league and go to tournements and keep subjecting my self to the punishment of loosing. But I always have a good time playing, but I just don't practice enough.I am working in corporate America, in downtown Detroit. Not a life long dream kind of job, but it pays the bills and I'm good at it. What I would love to do is own a resturant/bar. Or at least start my own business. Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, grass skirt on, margaritta in one hand, chocolate in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!

I am a Gilmore Girls junkie!!! I have all 5 season's on DVD, thanks to Cam!! My guilty pleasure is Charmed. Not into reality TV. Closest to that would be American Chopper.

Books:

I've really gotten into reading this past summer. Love Janet Evonavich and her Stephanie Plum series!!! Been reading some Nora Roberts too. Actually been reading just about anything I can get my hands on!!! I also enjoyed Jimmy Buffett's "Salty Piece of Land". Actually just started re-reading the "Uncut" version of Steven King's "The Stand". I love that book, just REALLY long. Now I have just picked up "The Da Vinci Code", someone said I would like it. Also got "Crisis in Conscience" by Ray Franz, and started to read it. It's not as easy of a read that I expected, but the info in it is EYE OPENING.

Heroes:

Joyce Lindbloom - the woman that taught me how to work hard and be proud of what I did, know matter what it was. Mr. Douglas Denhard - electronic's teacher in high school who belived in me, even when I didn't.
