I've had a passion for European (Swedish, British, German and Italian) vehicles since I was a teenager. This passion for foreign vehicles encompasses the 60's & 70's era up to today. While I don't care very much for American automobiles I do find sporadic passions in the older American metal (Muscle cars & older 4x4's). I am a gadget addict and closet nerd. I love import beer as well as ethnic foods. I'm having a 1977 International Scout II restored from the ground up. It's been my dream since a teen and I'm thrilled to finally have the opportunity to pursue such a task. I also recently purchased a 1967 Volvo Amazon Estate. This is next in line for restoration once the Scout is finished and I've established a family. There are two other cars in the fleet but you'll have to meet me to know what they are. Anything else you would like to know then just ask. I promise I don't bite.

I enjoy many movies which often span many film genres. I enjoy black & white classics to the most modern of science fiction films. I suppose you can say that I am easily entertained when it comes down to entertainment and the vast selection and variety available to us in this day and age.
I watch quite a bit of sci-fi so it may appear as if I have geeky tendencies when it comes to television. That is fine with me if I'm classified as such. I enjoy what I watch and that is what counts. I'll watch other programs from time to time if it seems interesting. I do not watch reality TV however as it does nothing for me...
I've been reading about the Nuclear disaster at Chernobyl and how's it's affecting us 21 years later. A sad but important piece of not only Russian history but or world history as well. A blog will be posted for those curious.
My Grandfather Armand! One of the most caring Souls to inhabit this Earth! He's in heaven where he belongs.
