About Me

Well I like to think I am a simple guy. I work in the fitness industry fulltime. My company educates and certifies personal trainers. I am a personal trainer part time in the evenings. Been doing that for the last 3 years or so. I like to keep a healthy lifestyle due to family health history, but I am not a fitness & health Nazi...I do know how to indulge myself. My free time is usually spent relaxing with friends either at the movies, dining out, having game nights at home, etc. Ocasionally I do like to take road trips alone. Sometimes you need to break free from routine and reflect. I also play Flag Football when the season is in. Last season was my first. I played center and running back. It was good times. Before that I was a strong wing in Rugby. I always up for trying new things and activities with the right people. I am also a major dork. I love gadgets and small electronics as well as my Playstation 3.Something I am told often is that I always seem to have a smile on my face. Which is true for the most part. When I am down I tend to shut myself off from the world to let my self heal. I am also the type of guy that when a friend is feeling blue that I try my best to cheer them up. I like making people smile. Also being a Leo, I love attention. I used to be a gogo dancer in several night clubs. It was fun, but I got tired of the way some people would treat me. I am also a dork, it is fun...

My Interests

Rugby, Fitness, Dancing, Movies, Music, etc... Pretty much enjoy staying physical active...every now and then I like to slow down and smell the roses or beg on the couch.

I'd like to meet:

A new friend never hurt no one (unless they turn out to be some psycho freak) i enjoy making new friends because i can share different interests better with the right people...and you learn more about yourself from your friends...I look for a connection on any level when making new friends..Of course meeting the man of my dreams would be awesome too!

Music:

I pretty much listen to everything depending on my mood.

Movies:

Charlie's Angels, Resident Evil, Empire Records, Sweetest Thing, Lilo & Stich, Bringing Down the House, etc...

Television:

Simpsons, Family Guy (own the series), Buffy, Charmed, Saturday Morning Cartoons, Smallville, anything else if I am home...

Books:

Last books I read were: Angels & Demons and The DaVinci Code...both by Dan Brown and both very interseting and intrigueing books.
