California Golden Seals

Huge Sports, Music and Movie Nut

About Me

40 year-old freelance writer...author of the book, "Shorthanded: The Untold Story of the Seals, Hockey's Most Colorful Team." My Web site is www.sealshockey.com. I also write for www.insidehockey.com and keep a blog on sports at http://www.sportingnews.com/blog/sealshockey. I am a big fan of music including The Beatles, Bruce Hornsby, Marc Cohn, Paul Simon and classic rock from the 60s to the 80s. I am a movie buff and oddly enough enjoy silent films, Mel Brooks (Young Frankenstein--the best movie ever made) and comedies in general. I enjoy history, hockey (Rangers fan), football (Go Packers) and baseball (Let's Go Mets) and current events. I am married with 3 lovely kids.

My Interests
