Maybe we can be friends..maybe we can pretend?
Swirl the bottle of water and hidden colors reveal themselves. Red, black, and blue, ripples, rise above clear liquid, displaying all of me with no confinement.
All may be true or all may be false. But I may still catch your eye. In the crystal clear swirls, there is a rainbow of colors to be shed. Painted.
You may never hold the delicate mahogany grip with its delicate soft tip and paint my canvas. Yet, there is a world of light to be released from within. I may still catch your eye, your ear, or maybe your heart. I am ten and seven smart and ignorant quiet and loud asleep and awake.
Swirling a continuum of life and what may be. So take a drop, a sip, a cup.
