I like dancing. A lot. The three magazines I subscribe to are Paste, Bitch and The Sun. Traveling is a way of life for me. I would love to have a lot of money - but money basically just means freedom to me. So in essence I am interested in a lot of personal freedom. It is fair enough to say that I have quite the interest in acting. If I had the money to buy supplies and the time I would paint like there is no tomorrow. I try not to be a snob about too much except tequila. I like good tequila. Oh and steak - but I mean come on I'm from the midwest. Cow central. What do you expect? Other things: quiet time on the beach, a clear day driving on Lincoln when I can see all of the hills and I forget that I am in a smog-infested city, nontraditional poetry, Indian food, foreign films, "artsy" people, cute old couples, dice, worn-in jeans, thrift stores, facials, big dogs, soccer players, Cadburry eggs, pinball, new sunglasses and oddly enough family gatherings.Check out this artist. It's pretty amazing.

How Sinful Are You?
I'd like to meet a bulgarian beer making monk. I'd like to meet a Zen priest. I'd like to meet someone who has been on the moon and someone who has been to the bottom of the ocean. I want to meet a prize-winning pole dancer. I want to meet a Green Party politician. I want to meet Laura Linney. I want to meet Nicky Silver. I want to meet the ghost of my great Grandpa Summer. I'd like to meet the inventor of the stapler. I'd like to meet the offspring of an Australian bushman and a french socialite. I'd like to meet a cello player. I'd like to meet a psychologist who believes in astrology. I'd still like to meet a lion tamer . . .
I am an avid consumer of music. I think my life can even be summed up in musical cliff notes. I would love it if I could have a soundtrack for my life. Just kind of hanging out in the background like. Except in scary situations. I mean I freak myself out a lot and to think something is after me b/c I've got teaser background music would not be good. In any event, if this were the case you could express some of my feelings about things with these songs: My career - I Was Meant for the Stage by the Decemberists; My love life - Keep It Loose, Keep It Tight - Amos Lee; My viseral love life - I'm Not a Virgin Anymore by Poe; Traffic - The Horror by RJD2; LA - Windsurfing Nation by Broken Social Scene; How I feel about myself - Toss up between Not a Pretty Girl or 32 Flavors by Ani DiFranco; Life in General - Ice Cream by New Young Pony Club . .. . most recent addictions . . . Adele, The Heavy, new Black Keys album www.coachella.com
I love so many movies it would be rediculous to try and name them all. Mostly my criteria for liking a movie is how much it makes me "feel" afterwards. If I have my mood changed or for a split second I see my world through the eyes of the movie I just watched that is when it is all disco. I mostly am into indie flixs but I really do like a lot of everything. Except horror. I don't do horror films. But my dad did raise me on John Wayne. All time favorites: 1. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 2. Pulp Fiction 3. Love Actually 4. Big Labowski 5. High Fidelity 6. When Harry Met Sally 7. City of God 8. He Loves Me He Loves Me Not 9. Juno 10. Reality Bites; Most recent Movie Watched - Michael Clayton
