Since it's conception in 2004, Choken 'Em Out Inc. has grown into a multi faceted company, boasting some of the area's most talented hip-hop and R & B artists along with it's well known reputation for promoting the hottest events in Pensacola. Since it's beginning, the company's roster has grown to include over 10 rap acts, a in-house production team of 4 and several R&B artists. C.E.O. expanded in 2005 into entertainment and promotion, clothing, and professional recording for the general public. Choken 'Em Out released Lil' Trea's "Neva Gone Work" in 2004, followed by the "Dirty Smoke" mixtapes in '05. The albums are recognized throughout the area as some of the best underground music available in Pensacola. They also opened a professional recording studio, Hits Recording Studios, and many of the areas artists have sought the production and professionalism that this studio is known for providing. The entertainment company is responsible for the biggest shows that have come to the city and is also responsible for rejuvinating the business of several clubs in the area.
