About Me

I am a personal trainer in Northern Virginia with my own home based fitness business. I have been a personal trainer for 10 yrs and have worked for Bally Total Fitness. While with Bally's I was named one of the top 20 trainers in the DC metro area. I left Bally's to start my own fitness business to make it more affordable and reasonable for others to get fit and be healthy. I love working out either at home or at the gym, sometimes at the gym I am more motivated than at home where there is to many distractions. Love being in the great outdoors walking or hiking along the trails. Like being with friends for good times like cooking out and just having friends over for movies. I am married to a very beautiful black woman who I love very much cause she has been there for me throughout our relationship. I have custody of my 2 children who are now 16 and 14 yrs old and the best kids a father could ask for. I also have a 20 yr old stepson who right now is kind of lost and I do hope the good Lord brings him to his senses. My Interests

I love all kinds of music, from classical to metal. I like a few rap songs. I love listening to metal while working out. There's nothing like Metallica or Black Sabbath as you pound metal in the gym. Groups I listen when lifting in the gym, AC/DC - Black Sabbath - Judas Priest - Iron Maiden - Metallica - Motley Crue - Slayer - Ozzy Osbourne - Pantera - Aerosmith - Hatred - PainmuseuM - Probot - Scorpions - Wasp - Van Halen - Bullet Boys - Whitesnake.

Movies:

Like all kinds of movies from classical oldies to horror. Nothing like a good comedy either. Like collecting the old classic horror films. Any movie as long as you are with the one you like.

Television:

I love watching the old Combat series. I like most of the comedies on TV. I love the CSI series; they have great stories on those shows. I also like some of the reality TV shows, as well.

Books:

I like to read books about fitness and health. I also like to read books on fantasy and science fiction, especially stories about knights and dragons.

Heroes:

My hero was my father. He taught me how to play baseball and football and to always be a good sport whether you win or lose. He taught me it's not if you win or lose, it's how you play the game. He also taught me to treat women with respect, just as she deserves. My only wish is that my father and my mother were here to see what I have accomplished in my life.
