About Me

i love music, alternative/rock stuff mostly but two of my favorite artists aren't rock. Ben Folds and Dashboard are bad ass! i'm lead singer in a band from greenville,tx called Dimmed. Our C.D. entitled "The Sum Of Our Parts" came out April 29,2006 and we had a special c.d. release show in Greenville for the occasion. We're really happy with how the songs turned out on disc, and we hope you all are as well. If you want a copy, give me a shout. It's been over a year since that production, and these days we're writing and playing shows with alot of new material that we are very happy with. We hope to start recording a second record, probably an EP, by the end of the year. I'm also in an acoustic side project called The Revision. We're recording and we're hoping for a mid/late summer 2007 release on our first full length titled "In The Midst". One last thing, I'm hopefully about to start recording my first solo acoustic album, so yeah I LOVE MUSIC!! I'm a huge fan of sci-fi, Star Trek in particular, but i listen to rock music which evens it out so i'm not a nerd. :D i love going to the movies, listening to music, and playing in my music projects. And oh yeah, this fall makes 6 years I've been going to college, and it's just for a bachelors. I am a slacker and I still live at home. My time to branch out is coming...here's some shut up.

My Interests

music is my life... also, people who are real. don't be fake just to impress. there's nothing worse than finding out who a person really is after you get to know someone you thought you knew.

Music:

mostly rock alternative, easy rock, some metal, acoustic, piano, symphonic, and a dab of everything else except cRAP.

Movies:

a few of my favorites of late, and some all time favs: Rules of Attraction, Requiem for a Dream, Sideways, Haven, Stay, Wicker Park, Lucky #Slevin, Deja Vu...many more but I'm brain farting right now... Oh yeah, anything with Kate Winslet, Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts, Denzel Washington, Tom Hanks, Jim Carrey, Patrick Stewart, more but another brain fart..

Television:

Star Trek isn't just for nerds. It's got some really cool ideas behind it. It just gives a lot of people a bad first impression.Conan O'Brien is funny as shit. Out there and cool at doing it. I wouldn't be surprised if he's behind the making of the Spongebob Squarepants cartoon!!hahaAnd oh yeah, i've recently come into some of the Family Guy, American Dad, and Scrubs DVD Box Sets...They are spectacular

I don't read as much as I'd like except for school work, but I'm trying to get back in the swing of it.
