About Me

25 year old bodybuilder. I work as a personal assistant. I'm into bodybuilding, cars, outdoors stuff and music. This past summer I competed in the Washington State Bodybuilding Championships where I placed 1st in the Middle Weight class. I also won the Best Poser award and my girlfriend Sara and I won the Mixed Pairs class. I also competed at the USA Championships in Las Vegas, and got 12th. I'm now taking a long off-season so I can add a few more pounds of muscle and move up a weight class. When I'm not working or in the Gym, I'm playing my guitar (aka Shredding). I have been writing material for a Power Metal solo project for some time now. Finally I have started recording it. I hope to finish it this year and have an official release in early 2009. Television:

Don't watch much of it. Sometimes comedy central, or speed channel. I'm pretty sick of reality shows. When I do cardio I'll watch Monster Madness on speed channel and listen to Manowar on my headphones. Intense baby!

Books:

Conan the Usurper, or any other Conan book. Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding, William Lewyln's latest publication, and just about any kind of reference book. I like being able to look stuff up.

Heroes:

Yngwie Malmsteen, people who don't sellout, or anyone who genuinely wants to make the world a better place.
