Censoring sucks!
Founded 10 years ago as a punkband, dayFORday evolved during the years more and
more away from the typical punkrock up to a sound, which soonest can be described
as rock with influences of punk, hardcore, noise and emo. Music, which moves between
melancholy, despair and aggression - nevertheless sparks of hope appear and break
through the covering grey clouds like sunbeams. All of this is supported by the
intensive, often very personal and sociocritical lyrics. Each song is written
in cooperation of all six bandmembers, so the resulting songs are multilayered
but always easily identifiable as dayFORday songs. Strong company and intensive
friendship are the foundation of dayFORday. An explicit evidence for this is the
fact that over the years never a bandmember quit. This cohesion and the common
stage experience for all the years are the facts that make a concert of dayFORday
so unique. The collective energy of six guys, who need their music like the air
that they breathe, is given to audience each time of a live gig
