I have a lot of interests, Riding my Harley, Paintball, Music, movies, TV, Radio. Working out and martial arts, but to start explaining all of my interest, that would take forever.
Bono, and thank him for doing something positive with his wealth and power, and for not letting his fame and fortune blind him to all the troubles of the world. I like to thank him for being first in line in the battle to make things right.
Robert Smith of the Cure. To be honest, I didn't know who he was or what his music sounded like until I met my wife and she turn me on to him. Ironically enough I owned one of his CD's and never even took it out of the package for about 4+ years. When I did however, I was instantly entangled in his words and lyrics and slowly devoured by the colors he painted on the big musical canvas. From then on, my eyes where opened to the poetry he created and my heart yearned for more. Pure magic.
Bruce Lee, although the great one has passed, he left behind a legacy that to this day I wish I could emmulate. He made me realized that there is more power in being like water, then there is in the stubborness of being a rock.
Albert Einstein, and tell him that after a few sleepless nights, and a bottle of Jack, I truly realized that his theory of everything is wrong, and that's not it. I also spent some time pondering his equation of E=MC2 and realized that there is a slight error in his theory of Relativity thus proving, once and for all, that at one point we will be able to travel faster then the speed of light AND his error lies in the fact that he failed to take into consideration the quatum physics that is so entertwined with his theory of relativity AND "I say this with an AH HAAA" had he been less stubborn in accepting what is now regarded as the grandson of his Theory, he would of been able to see what I saw exactly after that one instant in time after the third bottle hit me in the head! My shirt drenched in Jack Daniels whilest the bouncers flung me from the bar with the energy, to what I believe was a distance equal to the relativity of my mass times the speed of lights doubled.
And Such it is to you Dearest Enstein, that I say, thanks bro, but I think I'll take the drivers seat here when in comes to Physics and the bartender!
Just Kidding, I wasn't drunk.
Not so much in like to meet, being that I know him already, but I'll like you all to meet him and the band any hoot it's Jeff From Orange Park, we worked together and now the band he jams with will be appearing in a XBOX360 Near you, pick up the game "Saints Row" they'll be one of the tunes you can select from the car radio. Pretty cool for a band huh? Well it'll be nice to get him in trouble before an Agent or something advises him against Geoism's 101 party night outs and stuff! LOL ANYWAY!!!
ORANGE PARK RULES! LOL, ok enough bull, go check them out for yourselves.
Should we do this chronologicly? Lets...
Mozart, the first rockstar! And boy could he party! Chopin, Lizt, Bach...some other long ass names I can't even spell. Oh well, lets just say that classical music would be found in my Ipod.
Lets think WWII, Swing, Big band, Rockabilly. I'm talking Arty Shaw,Andrew Sisters, Benny Goodman, Cab Calloway, Count Basie, Chuck Webb, Duke Ellington, Ella Friztgerald, Fats Waller, Etc...etc.. You get the picture.
Climbing up the time ladder here, I would say that the blues sumed up my childhood. Muddy Waters, Lighting Hopkins to BB King, these kats took my heart and played it to the world. Or rather my heart knew what the hell it was that they were crooning about. I won't dare forget Elvis! And what about rock and roll? Heh Heh, I say the Beatles baby! Led Zep, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Creme and all them sixties greats, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix and the one bitch who would tear up a mic and break a bottle over my head, JANIS JOPLIN! wow what a woman!
What about in todays world, well, music has gone to shit I'll hate to say, but thats only because time hasn't had a chance to ferment it into perfection. But at least there's the 80's new wave that I love, THe Cure, U2 holding the top spots followed by DURAN DURAN a very VERY close second. And the list goes on.
Other greats include: TOOL, SYSTEM OF A DOWN, KING DIAMOND, SLAYER, NINE INCH NAILS,arrgg lets talk NIRVANA yeah baby.
Well, Other then what I mention above about KUNG FU THEATER, I really didn't watch anything else. At one point in my life, the only channel my TV set could receiving was channel 13 PBS. Oh yeah, I slept alot as a kid. NO KIDDING.
I love the old SATURDAY MORNING CARTOONS, and SCHOOL HOUSE ROCK. I LOVE PSA, only because a majority of them where full of shit. But what the hell, they needed the money so they whore'd themselves out to a bunch of P.C assholes that thought that we the public can be easily manipulated by some pompus actor trying to say something meaningful. Half these cats ended up in rehab later in their career, what's that about?
I guess that was the 80's for ya. You know what I really liked. THE DUKES OF HAZARD, dig that wicked 66' Dogde Charger with the real HEMI engine. KICK ASS! ROSCOE was A TRIP! Lets not forget, ahh, DAISY, what a women, what a name to put on a piece of clothing, that barely covers your ass. God Bless Daisy Duke.
HOMAGE NOW for the INCREDIBLE HULK! Poor guy...question, how the hell did he make it through the whole country just by hitchhiking? Was it so easy back then?
NOW for something completely different, REMEMBER:
THE MUPPET SHOW
SHA NA NA
DONNIE AND MARIE OSMOND SHOW
THE LAWRENCE WELK HOUR
BENNY HILL
LAUGH IN
THE DISNEY FAMILY HOUR
Oh how I miss the good ol' days sometimes. Oh well, thank god for cable and dvd's.
Thank you for suffering through this rant of mine...hopefully you've found something better to do. If not...start drinking harder liquor.
If it's printed, chances are I'll read it. I guess what it boils down to, is what ever catches my eye at that moment. Barnes and noble, forget it, I'll go nuts. So I guess, that pretty much covers everything no?

Bruce Lee, God, Vietnam Vets, hell any person that worn the uniform with pride and honor!
