I Was born in Catania, Italy, in 1972 at 10 'o clock, approximatively.
The instinct in music comes to me by the rolling jokes of my mom's grandfather Arturo... I don't know well if this is true, but perhaps he has played the military snare... (?)
His son Umberto, else, gave me the ideas to make FXs, he has ever jocked with the stereo and his animal's verses.
So, I think they are, inside me, the only ones given me a groove to the music.
My first instrument was an electric guitar (Audition) that Alessandro, a german worker of my uncle Umberto, has given me in the late summer of 17 years ago... I've played all the combination of the simple minor chords that every rock's guitarist of this world knows, made by only two finger, the first and the third ones. Following my growth as guitarist, I've played with a new finger some month later, learning the 5th chords: (C1-G1-C2). Having good relation with people and spending my green summers with 'em I've learnead the most important module of guitar we all know.
My idol was Randy Roads... Killer of giants, he's got all the 5th chords in a marvellous sequence...
My second instrument, I've bought it in a rush while my mother was saying something about money, I merely didn't understood at the time, and now, too, I can't do it. It was a 500 dollars roland E20. Over there, I've liked to play jazz sessions, finding few but interesting modules of what I had eard for a life. I was grabbing all the misteryies of my loved artists. Rarely, the patterns were arising from my trashed mind. I didn't have a school for that... so I remain without lots of elements, lost. Without any sequencer I've played some years my session without any ear neither to please nor to strike. I left these sessions die. My first midi-song is made on my Amiga 1000 on 1994, some years after my first note. But it was impossible to have such a CD or an mp3 to let it on air, obviously... better so!
It's only in this year, 2005, that, after a long reflection on my best sequencing program (Fruity loops), I could stay on a CD playing my notes.
From my home I did almost the most operations needed to have such a product, so my rising happyness...
