Vote BST for Best Music on Campus!
Started a few years ago, and only containing one member, Blue Sky Tomorrows brings a different outlook on emotional music. Heavily infulenced by bands like Saves the Day, Dashboard Confessional and Bright Eyes, BST has found a combination of clever word play and all that comes with a solo acoustic guy writing songs about girls and other things going on in life. Songs ranging from wanting to take back mean things you've said, to singing "I hate you" over and over again, hopefully there is a song for everyone, and every mood. (Holy crap it's hard to talk in third person...How do you do it without sounding like a dork?)
I hope you guys like my songs and tell your friends about them. You can download a 5 song Ep cd for free in the music section on my web site. The songs that are up are off of the new cd! here and you can get a t-shirt or something here if you would like.
So I admit, I've been really lazy. The cd is out! message me if you want a copy and we will work something out so you can have one and I won't be as poor. I'm working on new songs and whatnots (I bought a drum machine!!!) they will probably sound terrible as well as these do. Sorry I don't have a new shows set but I will start trying again in about a month, but if you have anywhere you want me to play let me know. At anyspeed, go buy my cd!
I also have gotten a video up for "Handmade Paper Hearts vs. High Powered Rifles". It was made an editted by Mark using The Movies and Movie Maker. Love it!
