About Me

I am originally from Washington State, but moved to LA about about a year and a half ago. I came down here to work in television production which is exactly what I've been doing. I'm getting used to the fact that it's warm almost always, but I do miss the rain from time to time. I spend WAY too much time sitting in traffic - but don't mind too much since it seems to be the only time I really have to listen to music.Here are a few pictures from the road in 2006... My Interests

Right now all I want to do is TRAVEL, which I will hopefully get to do more of for work...And as you can see I have a lot of ground left to cover. Music (I love going to concerts) I finally broke my dry spell when I saw Death Cab in Vegas, but I have still yet to go to a concert in LA...I enjoy taking pictures and sewing though I'm not generally skilled in either. I enjoy my work (sometimes)and I'm still waiting to see that Rio Azul documentary Hannah...

I'd like to meet:

People who know how to spell :) I can understand if you honestly don't know how to spell something, but if you're spelling "what" like "wut" cause you think it's cool...guess again ;)

Music:

Hmm...I listen to a lot of music. Mostly of the rock persuasion...but I've been known to listen to some bands that I shouldn't admit to listening to...so here's an idea of what I listen to: She Wants Revenge, Death Cab for Cutie, Interpol, The Zutons, Rachel Yamagata, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Queens of the Stone Age, A Perfect Circle, Chevelle, Horrorpops, The White Stripes, Brand New, Incubus, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Jimmy Eat World, Phantom Planet, Ours, Hot Hot Heat, Olive, Muse, Hard-Fi, Arctic Monkeys...you get the idea.

Movies:

I tend to gravitate more toward horror/thriller movies or dramas, but a lot of the time I just want to laugh my ass off...give me a good comedy any day! I prefer going to the movies when I can, but I also like to just curl up on the couch and hang out.

Television:

Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes....I can always watch old reruns of Seinfeld...not like I actually have time to watch these, but when I can I do.

Books:

Best enjoyed while lounging in a hammock.

Oh. It gets better.

So my car was ready to go at around noon but I was at work so I said I would be in later to pick it up. I show up around 3 and my car is out on a joyride with the mechanic. Nice.

It's Official

Practically every piece of equipment under the hood of my car has been replaced...today my alternator went out and I also need a new battery. Aside from a brand new engine I've fixed just about ...
