Who am I? It’s hard to say at this time, for I’m still in the very difficult process of defining myself. The easiest way to define one’s self is by what they do…or what they would like to do. At the moment, I consult for a global company. Every Sunday I fly to my clients headquarter, and every Thursday I fly back home. Exciting? Yes. Ideal? Not Really. Working for a big corporation is not without its great compensations, but it lacks in the realm of personal satisfaction. What would personally satisfy me (career wise) would be to act in great films. The art of filmmaking is so intricate, so challenging, so compelling. What a filmmaker can say in a film can speak long after the filmmaker is silent. I want to start with acting in films (I’ve done a few short films so far,) go to film school in a couple of years, and then make my own films. That will satisfy my creative side. Moreover, I want to travel. I would love to see the great architecture of Italy, the wildlife in Kenya, or the technology of Japan. But I want to travel with purpose, not just to sight see, but to learn something or help somebody. Perhaps I’ll go somewhere and learn the language, or help at a local school…the details are still in the works. Personally…well let’s talk about that later...
