Most all instruments and grooves are played by founder LEO FRAPPIER, and other guest musicians and percussionists. Other members of LFB bring the vocals. Each song tells a poetic story combined with each singer's emotional connection with the song.

Founded in mid-2003, LFB came about from Leo Frappier deciding to write songs "from the heart" in a downtempo house/ nu-jazz/ lounge feel. With a great pool of talented singer friends falling in love with the tracks, the songs were born. That same year, we lost one of our earliest members, Jo-Carol Davidson who passed away suddenly, after only getting to record one song with LFB entitled "EVERYWOMAN."
But nevertheless, she had the opportunity to participate and co-write "EVERYWOMAN", and "WHEN THE GOING GETS TOO DEEP" and sing backing vocals on "BODY ELECTRIC."
In 2006 after working with OM Records, Soul Sista Shakti joined the group and adds her sexy mellifluous voice to the ensemble.
Leo Frappier is a producer and remixer, having created remixes for: pop sensation Rihanna, punk meistress Nina Hagen, disco legend Sylvester, Diva Kristine W., newcomer Evan Cowden and even country chanteuse Crystal Gayle.
LFB is about creating a love vibe through music. The music is romantic, rhythmic, and sexy. Some songs are "chill" and laidback, and some pulse with the beat and groove that can enhance any intimate moment from the lounge to the club to the bedroom. Their first album IN THE MIDNIGHT HOUR is in manufacture with a street date of November 2, 2007
