About Me

I'm not adding anyone as a friend unless you message me first or I know you from real life, and no bands, unless you kick serious ass (if you do, I'll totally add you).
"Remember your dreams are your only schemes, so keep on pushing."
I'm very easygoing. I'm not interested in trends and people posing out. I try not to concern myself with the mainstream too much; it's just not my thing. That being said, people say that I'm likable and friendly. I like to think that I am; I try to be. I'm trying to be a person of integrity and overall goodness in that I'm a respectful and non-judgmental person. Being non-judgmental is hard, 'cause there's a lot self-involved people out there being uncool and LAME. I don't like LAME people. I got no time for LAMENESS! I like music, art, books, films, live music, and drinking. I have a fear/obsession with zombies. Living dead = totally possible. I also like mythology/religion from different cultures, 'cause I'm fucking a nerd. I could care less about Dane Cook.
I want to be a Quaker. I yearn for peace, and for people to stop treating each other like shit. And I kinda wanna be in a Glam Rock band (circa early '70s England/NYC, not mid '80s LA 'cause hair bands SUCK!)...

My Interests

Zombies (more like a fear and obsession rather than interest), Art, sleeping, tea, reading, listening to music, watching movies, Homestar Runner , 40 oz.s, singing in my car, color pencils, photography, printmaking, Narragansett Beer , Red Stripe , PBR , New Castle , Guinness , Beamish , Old Speckled Hen , Boddingtons, Jameson Irish Whiskey , Tullamore Dew , Bushmills , drinkin' if you couldn't tell, Anti-Racist Action , open-mindedness, going to shows, bowling, Red Sox, Quakerism, timorousme.org , Urban Dead The Best Show On WFMU with Tom Sharpling

I'd like to meet:

Interesting, fun, honest, good, progressive, free-thinking, genuine people who have similar and different tastes and interests, as I am open to new things. People who have a healthy respect for The Smiths and the genius of Morrissey, T. Rex, Glam Rock, etc. People that aren't pretentious fucks. Appreciators of art. People who aren't afraid to dance, even when there isn't anyone else on the dance floor. Drinking buddies/dancing friends, people who will go to shows with me, etc. People who could care less about Dane Cook.

Anyone who will teach me how to play guitar or bass, 'cause I got the Rock 'N Roll in my soul.

Oh yeah, anyone who has a turntable and wants to hang out and listen to some vinyl.

Sheldon Whitehouse - Giving daps to white kids

The Sheldon Whitehouse comment was in no way an endorsement. I voted for Chaffee, because 1) I vote the issues, not the parties, and 2) no one should be fired for doing a decent job (voting against th...

1000?

I'm approaching 1000 views. It blows my mind. Anyway, I strongly suggest renting, "Dog Day Afternoon" starring Al Pacino. Forget reading any plot summaries or reviews, just watch it. Some fine acting....
