J.P.I has been making music since the age of 7 years old. He started out real young when he heard his brother and some of his friends doing it one day. He made his first single when he was 9 years old called "On Fire" and then his name was Lil' A.J at the time. By the age of 11 years old he started writing more songs and put out another single called "Drop It" and then he found out there was another artist named Lil' A.J and changed his name to C.J. When he was 12 years old he released a whole album with 12 songs called "Watch Out" and he extended his name to Crazy J. It wasnt until 2005 that he changed his name to J.P.I and started taking rapping serious. He wrote a whole album called "Knock Out" and it was released early 2006. Even he was a underground artist from Blackshear Georgia he still sold 200 copies, while he was still 13. In Christmas of late 2006 he started writing again, but during Easter of 2007 he laid off writing again because a accident happened in the family. He is now 15 and when summer came back around he finished up writing the album "Empire" with 20 songs and will be releasing it September 4th 2007. So now that "Empire" is out and they heard and liked , J.P.I is back for more with a new album he is writing coming in 2008. It is going to be called "The New Era" and it is about things going on in his life and what we are suspected to see from his new side. So keep a look out on updates and stuff about it. So get ready for "The New Era' music of 2008.
