I love to travel especially to New Orleans and during Mardi Gras (Gotta get some beads,HaHa)SENDIN <3LUV<3 TO THE COAST. Even though the party still goes on, there is still alot of displacement and hardship going on down in the gulfcoast area. My heart goes out to those still trying to get things done. STAY STRONG!! Buy Locally, Go Visit, Tip your service workers and put the money in THEIR hand directly. Not everyone has forgot {{MUAH}} I started going in the early 90's and just fell in love with the place, it is NOT just about the party and beads. Many people have a closed mind about New Orleans but it is an AWESOME place to visit; IT IS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME.I also love Photography (now that I am not working in it everyday), Drag Races(Power and Nitrous for your Adrenaline Rush) and I am an EBAY junkie; I started an eBay business so I spend alot of time on there selling jewelry along with other things when time permits; SO CHECK IT OUT - MOON LITE BAY TREASURES... I also do alot of research online on Family History, Health Issues, Kidney Failure and Organ Transplants. I have learned so much from my husbands illness that I am thinking of using my notes and writing a book about our experiences to help other people going through the scary situations we went through. He was a learning tool for many doctors and nurses; If it could go wrong, IT DID and many things they MAY have heard about but never seen until they had him. It is a very scary thing when you don't know, they don't know and you can't find any information about it. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER !!!!
YOU !!! I'll be your friend...I would also like to find some of my old friends that I lost contact with over the years........

MUSIC IS A GETAWAY - You don't just listen to it, you feel it touch your soul !!! Motley Crue has been my ALL TIME FAVORITE BAND since I was about 11 or 12 yrs old (Ugghh!! so long ago) Go check out Motley.com...I love ALL types of music but Rock is my #1 favorite. I grew up during the 80's and I still love those "HAIR METAL BANDS" although I can crank up some Blues, Country, Zydeco, Cajun and others in between if I'm in the mood. So yes, I can go from Metallica, Kenny Chesney, Motley Crue, Merle Haggard,Rob Zombie, Garth Brooks, AC/DC, Elvis, B.B. King, Beach Boys, Stevie Ray, Montgomery Gentry to some Bluegrass Cajun Honky Tonkin Two Stepin music all in a hour. Growing up in the 80's was GREAT, all of the Bands, Concerts, Pyro, Drums, Guitars, Big Hair (gotta love the AquaNet)and Leather(lol)... MTV actually played Music Videos, Concert Tickets were cheap and ROCK RULED. I had a great time back in those days, we spent many a late night at The Daisy and later nights at Rascal's; we ALL partied like a "RockStar" and were with the band because(We wanted free beer,LOL) It was alot of fun times, good people and GREAT MUSIC !!......................
Support Local Music !!
I love comedy's and those Blue Collar shows just crack me up but there are so many more out there including Adam Sandler and Nick Cage movies among many others. I also like Sweet Home Alabama, Mask w/Cher & Sam Elliot, Wild Hogs, Oh Brother Where Art Thou, Rock-N-Roll Highschool and Hollywood Knights just to name a few. Oh, I can't forget Oswald, Max and Ruby and Little Bear when I watch my sweet lil' neice.
....I rarely watch tv because, most of the time, when I finally sit down; I fall asleep. I do like shows on TLC, Travel Channel, History Channel, That 70's Show, Two and a Half Men, Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond, Yes Dear, The King of Queens, Autobiography and True Stories. I don't get into the reality shows that much because I HAVE ENOUGH REALITY OF MY OWN !!
I like books on Music, Travel, Gardening or anything true story. Now that I have a little time on my hands here and there, while sitting in a waiting room, I have started reading again. I finished Motley Crue's "The Dirt" and "Tommyland" in a week. I now started "The Heroin Diaries" but only read it while I am waiting for my husband to do his transplant testing so I will have something to keep me occupied for a few hours at a time.
My husband for what he goes through each and every day, without giving up, while needing a kidney transplant and the many others that are in the same situation. Rick has been on the active local Transplant list for two years, we are also looking into other cities with great Transplant Hospitals as well. BE AN ORGAN DONOR SAVE A LIFE !!!
Also, the men and women that protect our country. STAY SAFE;STAY STRONG...... And the many others that are out there that make a difference everyday and are never acknowledged
