hi, i'm chris. i'm a generally introverted, easygoing person that enjoys a lot of things, especially exciting, crazy or intelligent people. i like to interact with people, i like to read about anything, particularly anything strange, and i like to write. When i'm not doing that, i'm usually playing video games, talking walks, playing the keyboard/guitar, or even sometimes doing something productive, but i'm currently, luckily unemployed.
I'd like to be a journalist, but unfortunately today's modern society isn't interested in my humble opinions about the direction of our corporate-owned culture, or about the negative effects of promoting thought-dampering music like new-age "crunk" on the daily radio airwaves...or that a motivation speaker at our school calling a crippled girl at our school "special" only contributes to the continued use of euphemisms in our culture and the diversion from reality and "harsh, foul, vulgar, off-color" language.
No, they'd much rather keep up with what Lindsay Lohan is doing.
I go to school at Nortern Michigan University, an I'll probably pursue a career in Biochemistry, or some other advanced science field, or I'll study to teach English in other countries.
I plan to write a book at some point in my life, hopefully to demonstrate the values of grasping our childish, primitive, and animal instincts to experience a fulfilling lifestyle, and to emphasize the importance of not participating in cultural diversions.

if that doesn't describe the kind of person i am, many chalk me under the category "hippie" or "artsy fag" if that helps.

"What psychedelic exeriences do is remove the veil. They remove the barrier between yourself and the surround, so that you experience a much more powerful vibrational connection with the world around you. Many people who have moved into the new paradigm, or new worldview, have at some point been jump-started by psychedelic experiences. I think the resistance to psychedelics in the culture is not because they're medically threatening so much, i guess people could have bad trips, but because, by taking away the veil of socialization that lies on top of our true selves, people then become open-hearted, open-minded, think for themselves, and are less likely to be programmable by the conventional media or the socioeconomic system we live in."

What strange sequence of events had the power to morph my brain into this? My random thoughts, my indifference to reality, my uncontrollable curiousity of the unknown, my ability to conceive the inconceiveable and explain the unexplainable, my interest in investigating seperate realities and higher conscienceness? I've accepted the description, now I have to accept the fact...
