I'm Maxi, currently studying at Helsby Sixth Form and can't wait to finish! Hoping to go to Warwick next year =)
I worry too much usually and can be incredibly annoying, but I try to do the right thing most of the time. If someone is happy to talk to me then I'm happy to talk to them - its just cold atmospheres that I hate.
What Pleases Me :- Writing, web design, Music, Long Conversations, Fashion, EBAY!!!!!!!! (seriously, I buy basically everything off there), makeup, alcohol (trying to be better behaved now though), parties, trying new things, football (as long as it isn't taken too seriously), male company, flirting, lie-ins, being nocturnal, vampires, Anne Rice, Looking at Art, Sweets, Jorny =D
What Displeases Me :- Mayonnaise and how its everywhere, Helsby Sixth Form, worrying, throwing up, hangovers, family events (plan to move somewhere far away. I love them but I'm just not a family person), unopen people, vinegar.
You will never catch me in England during school holidays, as my boyfriend regularly kidnaps me and hides me in belgium. I'm currently TRYING to learn dutch, but it's so fookin hard, so if anyone fluent in dutch would like to chat on msn with a very crap rookie, message/comment me =D

Television:

Favourite TV Programmes: Nip/Tuck, Americas Next Top Model, Dead Like Me (cancelled grr), Futurama (again cancelled), Family Guy (AGAIN cancelled), Project Catwalk, My Name Is Earl, No Angels, Friends, Malcolm In The Middle.

And I hate it when people say TV is for mindless dummies. I'm sure they are interested in a lot worse.

Books:

I read Junk when I was around 13, and I was completely absorbed. Melvin Burgess is a master of teen fiction. I don't know if it would have the same affect on my now, but back then the story shocked and entranced me.
My brother got me into Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. At first I was sceptical; another gory, mindless horror book? I have never been so wrong; these books are dark, erotic, romantic, hypnotic and beautiful. EVERYONE should read them.
Kiss Chase is girly romance, but unlike some unoriginal pieces of trash that writers can churn out, Fiona Walker writes with flair. I've never found a book so relatable and so able to pull a reader's heart strings in all my life.
Like many people, I am a Harry Potter fan. For my Order of the Pheonix is by far the best (to date). It's dark, intriquate, eventful and emotional; what more could you want.
A Question of Integrity is a mammoth of a book. I would never usually be attracted to this kind of thing; a dark romantic book, largely focused on religion, but it was truly amazing. I've never read such an unpredictable plot, and it's nice to see quite an unorthadox view put on the church!

Heroes:

Jorn for putting up with me because I am the most whiney annoying gf ever. Nick for putting up with me at his house every week and being the only person who I can share my dirty and amazing humour with. Rosie for being my sensible voice of concience but who is also a fiesty minx who tempts me daily.
