About Me

I'm an Journeyman Electrician for Electri-Serve and I work at the Home Depot part time. At some point I want to get back to school to study business. My church home is Green Mountain United Methodist Church. I'm also a Republican although the party seems to differ from me on a handful of issues. I have a brother and a sister. I'm not very good at meeting people, so in general I've been trying to remake or keep any friendships that I had in the past. I'm definitely up for making new friends though so if you read the profile, go ahead and send me a message if you want! I bought a house in November of 2007 and have been starting to remodel it as best as i can. It's a pretty fun process and of course, it gives me a good opportunity to learn. I work a lot cause I want to try to crunch the bills now so that I don't have to ever live paycheck to paycheck so I dont have much free time, but I enjoy going out on occasion and I'm a big fan of the beer tour at Old Chicago. My Interests

I like wrestling, baseball, football, pop music, going for runs, reading (informative books, Im not any good at reading for fun), hanging out with my friends, and watching the occasional movie (historical fiction, action, comedy). For the last 5 years, I have had an intense ski bug as well. Breckenridge is probably the greatest place on earth and everyone should experience it. I enjoy learning about electronics so I got my Amateur Radio License too. I also enjoy learning about stocks and options and I like investing. I figure if I earn enough money off them to take myself on a vacation every year, I'm a successful investor. I recently became a spiritual person as well (Methodist). Looking at the bumper stickers that people put on their car is really fun to do because a lot of people have some crazy stuff on there. It can be bad though cause I'll try to read while I'm driving.

I'd like to meet:

well as far as my space goes, I want to meet new friends and keep in touch with current friends. If I could meet anyone, it would be Hillary Duff, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Brad Pitt (What can I say, he is most likely the best looking guy on the planet), and the person who invented Coca-Cola.

Music:

I like popular music. U2, Green Day, 3 Doors Down, Red Hot Chili Peppers, REM, The Cure, Kelly Clarkson, Brittany Spears, Hillary Duff, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Simpson. I also like some classic rock like Skynyrd, Led Zeppelin, Eagles, Def Leppard, Aerosmith, Beatles, etc.

Movies:

Most action movies: Troy, Gladiator, Patriot, Braveheart, Kingdom of Heaven, James Bond, Star Wars. Comedy: Zoolander, Dodge Ball, Monty Python, Airplane, Thank You For Smoking. I also liked the Notebook.

Television:

History Channel, Star Trek: The Next Generation and Deep Space 9, Food Network (Rachael Ray), Comedy Central, Friends, Early Today, The Today Show, Seinfeld, Raymond.

Books:

Chronicals of Narnia, Electronics books, Religion books (John Shelby Spong, Marcus Borg, Jack Nelson-Pallmeyer), electrical books, financial books, investing books. I don't really do well reading fiction so I just stick to more informative type books.

Heroes:

Jesus Christ, my Grandpa, my Grandma, Will, Justin, James Bond, Obi Wan Kenobi, Conan The Barbarian, The Rock, Racheal Ray (Food Network), Ed (probably the best electrician on the planet), Ted Ferguson (the Bud Light DareDevil), the guys on that beef jerky commercials that do all these pranks to Sasqwatch.
