I think the viewer misses a fundamental piece of the art when viewing a movie in a language other than the viewer's own. It's really too bad. It would be optimal to be fluent in as many languages as possible, but a dedicated movie-watcher doesn't have time to study languages with the proper devotion. That's my excuse for having mostly American films listed here. I think it's a pretty good excuse.
