WYSIWYG. It's really very simple: I am a mother, wife, daughter, payroll accountant, Renaissance Festival enthusiast, book freak, pirate, music geek, movie buff, cat person, blogaholic, and friend. A caution: I laugh at everyone and everything - most often myself. Life is here to live and I intend on doing just that.

Seriously, I'm just a simple person with a muse named Harold and a husband with Parkinson's disease. Everyday is an adventure. Someone must've sent the curse 'may your life never be boring' because, well, it isn't.

Mozart. Poe. Mussorgsky. Hawthorne. Well oops they're gone so I guess PJ O'Rourke and maybe Stephen King. Truthfully I just enjoy people who can laugh at themselves and think outside the box -- and who can undestand my ongoing love affair with the macabre and slightly bent.

Oh please this space just ain't big enough. I'm still a Mel Brooks fan but I tend to watch just about anything.

Again, this space just isn't big enough. Eclectic tastes from true crime to trashy romance to historical/biographical to psychological thrillers.

Heroes:

When you idolize someone you put them on a pedestal. It's not fair to them (what an uncomfy place to be) or to you (hey who's going to catch them when they fall?).
