About Me

Ambivalent is an explosive project out of Jacksonville NC, in the making since early 2006. Having a solid, and well-determined line up, all sharing the same love and passion for music, this cunning five-piece consists of, Andrew Keller. vocals, Joey O'Brien. bass, Jon Himsworth. guitarist, Dylan Rosage. guitar, and Mike Mitchell. drums, All members put together the best of both screamo/hardcore, and alternative/indie with mindful and melodic vocals, topped with brutal, low and high screams to match it, followed with crunching chug beats, to quiet, and peaceful riffs. It is an intricate mix that can't be ignored. Their live shows have brought many fans along the way, not only because of their unique "mix-up" of sound, but the massive energy Ambivalent spreads to their fans.
