ANYTHING music is right up my alley, especially LIVE music. R'n'B was my first love, but since my first CD (the SWV remix album), my tastes have drastically expanded, branching into alternative, pop, metal, classical, opera, hard rock, pretty much anything (limited country). I love going to the movies, hiking, taking pictures, going for a drive / mini road-trip, swimming, playing racquetball (though it's been years), but I'm also a homebody: I like vegging in front of my TV or Playstation, messing around on the Net, writing poetry, listening to music, etc.
People from my years growing up in Fort Bragg.
People I knew and loved in Santa Rosa CA, Yakima WA, and Reno NV.
People that love games, of the board, video, show, or card persuasion.
Open-minded people who don't judge without experience.
People who question organized religion.
People who know their limitations.
Kids-at-heart that know when to be mature.
People that like the smell of fresh rain on pavement.
People that love to travel.
420ers.
People with that perfect balance of confidence and humility.
People that can't go a month without sushi.
Spontaneous people, that act at the drop of a hat.
Musically-inclined people.
People that are beautiful inside and out (I don't associate with those who are just one or the other).
People who know that they don't know squat.
People that could go for a night on the town or a quiet evening in front of the TV.
People that love to BBQ, camp, fish, or all three.
People only on one type of medication or less.
People who don't hate their jobs.
People who smile a lot.
People trying to bring back the institution of manners.
People that treat others as they want to be treated.
People that know that their time on this planet is short.

South Park, Family Guy, The Simpsons, anything stand-up comedy, anything game show, pro football (GO PHILLY), and Blind Date....but only when the dates go bad :) And you can't forget the one...the only...Jerry Springer!
Not a very avid book reader, but my all-time favorites are Fight Club, American Psycho, Misery, Thinner, The Fuck-Up, and I have yet to read A Million Little Pieces, a book about addiction, but I'm sure it'll end up being a fave. I'm more of a magazine guy: I have subscriptions to Maxim, FHM, Playboy, Stuff, MAD and Blender.
As cheesy as I know it is, my mom is my hero: she had three kids that made some fucked-up choices in their lives and never showed anything but unconditional love. I hope I'm the same way with my kids. Other than Momma, I don't really spend my time with idolization. There's countless people I respect, but it takes a lot to be a hero.
