Dont bother trying to figure out what the hell im talking/singing about; because the longer you stay on the inside looking out, the farther away out becomes. It's all perception, my friend. I spent a long time watching selfishness stare into the mirror, and all she ever saw was indecision staring back. (Thats right, sweetheart. I'm coming up...)
I wanted to create the deepest form of revolution... the kind that would touch everyone and hurt no one; but kill everyone as they knew themselves. Because the living and dead are seperated by at least one event... and the knowledge or ignorance of said event.
I wanted to discard the walls that we accepted as floors; we needed to stand somewhere, right? Wrong. I wanted to discard them because you cant destroy what does not exist... but you can be held back by it. I wanted to change the way you think.
All of these things, and more, I've wanted.... well, thats only half true. I have wanted and i still want. It's never too late.... because... what the hell is time anyway? Whatever it may be: my time has come.
