July 7th, 2006: Granpa has passed away, but he is in a happier healthier place. There is a new addition to our family, Cassandra Anne, all 8 pounds of her. Mom is on the road to recovery. Summer is spectacular as usual, except for a few draw backs. Half of the time I feel empty and long to be somewhere else. The other half is full of joy and thankfullness.
