Here are a few of my favorite things//
Spring, when the skies are cloudless and the sun bright. Intricate tattoos and their ability to spark a conversation. Light breezes through open windows. Imagination and fucked up dreams worth remembering. Surprises, the staring game, half smiles that convey more than full smiles ever could. Books and blank paper. Wispy floor-length curtains, much like my own. Neon colors, especially green. Spontaneous, happy dancing. Getting my hair done. Creams and soaps, soft skin. Fresh bread, Flamingos. Banana Popsicles, street vendors and sidewalk shops. Waking up in the middle of the night and realizing you still have a couple more hours of sleep before you have to get up for work/school. Moments where you feel invincible. That feeling you get when a radio station surprises you with a favorite but seldom-heard song. Falling head over heels unexpectedly.
Stuff like that can't be beat. The simple things.
