You Know Youre Addicted to MySpace When:::
1. You have no real friends. Just MySpace friends
2. You never seem to have enough MySpace friends
3. You feel deprived when you have not checked your space in over an hour.
4. You race to check your MySpace after being out of the house for more than a few minutes!
5. You have your space on your cell phone, that way you can take your space with you wherever you go! :-P
6. You talk to your real friends (if you have any) about your MySpace friends as though they are your real friends!
7. You set a goal as to how many more friends to have before midnight every day.
8. You are lonely when your MySpace friends arent ...
9. You tell all of the people that you know that you will only be their friend if they have a MySpace.
10. You decline requests from your real friends, because they are not cool enough to be on your friends list.
11. You like your MySpace friends more than your own family.
12. Your children/roommates/spouse, etc. come and ask you if you are ever going to feed them again, because you are always on MySpace!
13. You are forced to switch over to virtual pets, because real ones would require you to leave the computer.
14. You find this list all too familiar to your daily life.
15. You know what a Whore train is!
16. And you cant wait to get on it!
17. You know Tom
18. You become pissed at Toms frequent errors in the MySpace program.
19. You remove Tom from your friends list.
20. You convince others to take Tom off their friends list
21. You become ecstatic when you have a new friend/ friends request/comment, etc.
22. You cant remember what your life was like before MySpace!!!
23. Your schedule is run by your MySpace calendar.
24. You know when all the good shows are gonna be in town because of MySpace
25. Or within a 300 mile radius.
26. You actually know about some good international shows, too
27. Youre like me and could not type this whole list without checking your space every other line!!!
28. You feel rejected when no one comments on your pictures (Hint Hint!!!)
29. You worry when your MySpace friends have not been on or posted a bulletin in more than a couple of hours.
30. MySpace=Life!!
31. You let your answering machine take your calls, because talking on the phone takes time out of your space!! It might not be important anyway!!
32. You also turn off your cell phone and check your voicemail at 3:00AM every day (After you get off MySpace!)
33. The last thing you do before you go to bed (After checking your voicemail and answering machine!) is check your MySpace ONE LAST TIME!!!!!
34. You wake up in the night and cant sleepso you check your MySpace
35. You wake up in the morning and see how many friends you made overnight!
36. You eat breakfast at your computer.
37. You dread going to work, because they told you that if they caught you on MySpace again there would be consequences.
38. The consequences were deleting your entire friends list and making you start from scratch all over again!!!
39. You decided that would be a serious offence
40. You come home from work and run (not walk!) to your computer and check your MySpace and are dismayed to find that you have no more friends than you had that morning
41. You have fallen asleep at your computer waiting for another friend to approve you before you go check your voicemail, check your answering machine, check your space ONE LAST TIME, and then go to sleep.
42. You contemplate which would be more convenient: moving the computer to your bedroom or moving your bed to the computer roombecause moving the computer would require unplugging itand LOGGING OFF MYSPACE!!!!
43. You lie to people who call and tell them youre doing something else just to make your addiction less obvious.
44. When you havent done any dishes in six weeksand youre down to paper platesbut it really doesnt matter, because you also havent been grocery shopping in six weekshmmmm.
45. You havent bathed in a week because youre too busy running your MySpace!!!
46. You only take time out your MySpacing to go see your MySpace band friends in concert!
47. Once again, you go strait back to your MySpace!
48. You dream about what will happen tomorrow on your MySpace!
49. Your dreams are often correct! (Thats how predictable your MySpace life is!)
50. When you run into people in the store and when they say you look familiar, you ask whose MySpace they saw you on.
51. You have so many friends on MySpace that when you go to look for a particular friend, you panic when you cannot find them amongst the multitudes!
52. You are confused and puzzled when people change their picture and you wonder Who is that person?! Sneaking on MySpace. eh?! Then you realize your mistake and you comment their new picture!
53. Your profile tells your life story! In your profile is more information then most good friends and family members know about you!
54. You have to invite over your friends to proof your typing so you can send messages and comments!
55. I have inspired you to work on another stupid list like this!
56. You yell at the computer for not being fast enough while trying to browse your MySpace pages
57. After a long series of error messages, youve gone into depression because you think MySpace hates you.
58. You get mad at your real friends for getting a MySpace and stealing your MySpace friends.
