About Me

Costa Rica... Modern Eco-Living in Paradise...

My name is Mike Rivera, married to the beautiful "GoRiceGirl" and father to two precious kids. I'm a full-time real estate investor and one of the principle partners with Kalia Modern Eco-Living. We are developers of high end, eco-friendly resort villages in Costa Rica. Our website is http://www.kalialiving.com . I also have real estate holdings in LA, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Chicago, and Mexico. I'm currently involved in pre-construction investing, multi-unit apartment buildings, condo conversions and international land development. I'm a member of Loral Langemeiers' Big Table Alumni, originally in Big Table 15.
