About Me

i am a free spirited radical horizontalist roaming streets, alleys, and disc golf courses (never sidewalks--too constrictive). i like having fun and i enjoy working for positive change in this world. i dislike inequality and heirarchy. i've graduated finally from mesastate college which basically says i'm a smart restaurant worker. i'm taking time off right now to be at home with my little peep, born on jan. 31st. i love our days together and never thought things like crying and spit-up could be so cute and adorable. seriously tho, he is the best (and most beautiful! : )) baby in the world. i can't help it, that's just the way it is. yes, i get sleep.
i am a polyamorist/responsible non-monogamist--we will see how that combines with parenting. i still find such a black/white dichotomy in our culture, that either you're monogamous with someone or you're a slut. it's new ground and i doubt i'll find many books on it...but peep will kno that there are many different relationships and many ways to love...that nothing, especially when it comes to emotions, is ever black and white.
nothin much else i suppose, i work with gj's only underground newszine and attend uu church. yep church, but it's fun and the people rock. and if you've never heard of the unitarian univerasalists, check it out sometime, it's a pretty open interesting spiritual belief system, or whatever you want to call it, there is so much caught up in the word 'church' that i'm not too comfortable using it sometimes.
check out my first photo montage to be laid out for the red pill! not too shabby if i do say so myself...

I'd like to meet:

anyone down for good conversation or interested in action (political and otherwise ;)...although i admit, i'm picky to an extent) and anyone who just enjoys living and having fun, other radical parents who are treading new ground, content to go against the social grain. I DON"T WANT TO MEET those that just want to be my friend cuz they think i look hot and have a bunch of half nekkid girls on their top 8 and are in groups like playboymyspace, or myspace whores, whatever it is, i don't give a shit, i like sex and nekkidness, but on my own terms.

Music:

i love music of all kinds and always have something playing if i'm around a radio/player. wide range of interests: rock (ranging over the decades)--the doors, pink floyd, old metallica, hair bands : ) m.manson, pre-issues korn, nin, msi, reggae--marley, tosh, some rap and hip hop--immortal technique, dead prez, mc chris--(old 80s shit rocks) bone, cypress hill, azitat, old ass country--(especially the outlaws--merle haggard, willie nelson, david allen coe, waylen jennings), johnny cash, charlie daniel's band, hank williams 1 and 3, independent stuff and a lot of colorado local stuff--the mercury project, bastard trash, chronophonic, ben harper, tricky, dead can dance, middle-eastern music (ie. bellydancing) just about anything political--michael franti, asylum street spankers, current faze--gogol bordello, rise against! against me, loaded .45 (local), los bandoleros (local), flogging molly, anti-flag, coheed & cambria, opeth, tom snider, and anything punkalicious--(again, ranging over the decades--misfits, rancid, op ivy,the clash {fucking rocks!!}, bad brains, bad religion, guttermouth, nofx, no use for a name, authority zero, strung out, social d, propaghandi, rise against, against me!, dropkick). not really into pop punk or any sort of pop shit...TOOL is one of my favorites (they just keep getting better) and A Perfect Circle rocks too.
