"Those of us who have been up all night were in no mood for coffee and doughnuts, we wanted strong drink."I've been known as a Hellraiser, Music Lover, Chronic Puddlejumper, and total closet shower singer. I've been known to drink many a man under the table on more than one occaision, but I also realize that my exterior hides a sensitive, girly girl in denial. I love to cook...but put off the cleanup. I've been told I'm funny as hell on occasion. I aspire to always be a good person and respected for honesty. I love to think, and I love to be challenged. I thrive on throwing myself into do or die, sink or swim situations for the sake of overcoming, learning, and breaking boundaries I never even knew existed. I absolutely LOVE to travel, I've been all over the world, and plan on keeping on until I've been everywhere humanly possible. I am extremely multi-faceted. I have and will continue to eat my weight in sushi. My guitar knows a lot more about me than most people in my life. At the moment I'm doing a great job collecting life stories to share with the grandkids...but really I'm pretty sure I am collecting a LOT more life stories that I wouldn't DREAM of sharing with my grandkids. I am a total waterbaby, anything involving the ocean, the rain and the beach sends shivers down my spine. I am a sponge, I love to learn. I love to meet people with amazing life experience. LA can be too self involved and shallow way too often, I love it when you meet someone out here that doesn't fit the profile and thinks outside the box. Intrigue me. Teach me something new and interesting. Surprise me. Bring it on. I was born ready.

My Interests

Music, music, music. A large majority of anything containing alcohol. Tattoos on boys. Lots of tattos on boys. Hearts of gold under the most hell raising of exteriors. Letting go. Thunderstorms. Falling in love. Bartending. Drinking on the job. Drinking in general. Damien Rice or Jeff Buckley on a rainy day. The sound of an acoustic guitar, a live show that leaves you with that tingly feeling that reaches your inner core. Listening to some kick ass music driving WAY too fast with the top down. Buiscuits and sausage gravy southern style. Nature. Camping. Singing. writing. Living. Learning. Discovering something new about yourself. Random drunken mumblings with my closest friends while weebling down the street together. Family. Friends. Sex. Seafood. Life.“If you bring forth what is within you, what you will bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you."

I'd like to meet:

Fellow lunatics, thinkers, dreamers, students of life and each other."It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for, and if you dare to dream of meeting your hearts longing. It doesn't interest me how old you are. i want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dreams, for the adventure of being alive. It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the center of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by lifes betrayals or have become shriveled and closed from fear of further pain? I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it or fade it or fix it. I want to know if you can be with JOY, mine or your own, if you can dance with wildness and let the ectasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, or to remember the limitations of being a human"

Music:

TOOL, TOOL, TOOL, The Stones, Black Crowes, Damien Rice, Bruce Springstein, STP's oldish stuff, Muse, Bad Religion, Foo Fighters, Al Green, Stevie Wonder, The old Chili Peppers, Danny Carey-period., London Quireboys, Turbonegro, Pete Yorn, Jeff Buckley, The Cult, Janes Addiction, Van Morrison-Astral Weeks (changed my life), The Music, Rage Against The Machine, The Roots, Marvin Gaye, Metallica, Van Halen, Sublime, Buju Banton, Oslo, T-Rex, Buck Cherry, Guns N Roses, Led Zepplin, Hardcore Superstar and all the other good old fashioned Slut rock when the time and place calls for it. Face to Face, Generation X, and all the punk staples....Ramones, Sex Pistols,etc...The Dolls, The Queens of the Stone Age, NIN, The Wildhearts, The Yo-Yo's, Faith no More, Billy Idol (Still soooo hot) Reggeton, Reagge, and anything else I'm forgetting that just makes you move, get naked and table dance. I know there is sooooo much I am spacing on.....

Movies:

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, City of God, Almost Famous, Shawshank Redemption, most Disney cartoon movies, Spinal Tap, Pans Labryrinth, The Princess Bride, Zoolander, Baraka, good porn, bad porn, (ESPECIALLY the bad porn.) Now thats high quality entertainment!

Television:

Cable is the devil!!! If I had it I'd probley be watching all the Behind The Music, Storytellers, or I Love the __'s on VH1, The History channel, The Travel Channel, and National Geographic. VH1 Classic is also strangely addicting. Maybe its all that tight black leather. I also have a closet vice with watching all of the Rock Of Love episodes at my girlfriends house on Sundays where we take turns cooking and drink way too much wine. But aside from the wishful thinking since I don't have cable- My name is Earl, The Simpsons and King of the Hill manage to entertain me most of the time....must be that Florida redneck buried deep down inside trying to get out....now THATS scary! Oh yes...and lets not forget 2 and a half men!! Love it!!

Books:

Any book thick enough to squish anything with more than 4 legs that moves. Specfically if its moving in my apartment. As for reading...Anything by Sir Hunter S.Thompson, The Dao of surfing-finding depth at low tide, The musical experience-John Gillespie, Please Kill Me-Legs Mc Neil, anything by Don Miguel Ruiz...especially the Mastery of Love and The Four Agreements, The choose your own adventure series from back in the day, All the Steven King and Dean R. Koonz horror smut, Dirt.....currently FINALLY reading Angels and Demons...I feel like such a loser jumping on the wagon so late.( I LOVE the true history and conspiracy theory mixed with some good old action/adventure....yee-haw!!)

Heroes:

That girl who ate that huge live spider with the big pinchy claws on the Fear Factor Las Vegas episode............... That girl has got some major cajones! Maynard James Keenan. My Mom....the most brave beautiful, and inspirational woman I know!!!
Starving artists. Me.
