I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I started life on the sunny island of Oahu, and my sunny disposition has carried me through the ups and downs of life ever since. I had an interesting childhood growing up in Marin County, living for a time on a houseboat in Sausalito, then in a commune with my handsome hippie dad and a bunch of his friends and their kids. Meanwhile, my beautiful mom was making friends of her own in the swingin' sixties of San Francisco, living in a funky Victorian on Ashbury St. one block from Haight, across the street from a cool group of musicians formerly known as the Warlocks.
I survived the 70's, thrived in the 80's, and started it all over again in the 90's. I find myself in the new millennium making a continuous series of discoveries - about the world and the people in it, and all the wonderful - and horrible - things that make it go 'round.

My Interests

Intelligent people, good music, imaginative art, thought-provoking conversations, a funny joke or clever pun, reading, writing, discovering and exploring the unknown, eating delicious food, earth sun sea and air, dancing, dreaming, being in love, laughing, going fast, architecture, fashion, news and politics, foreign cultures, beautiful sunsets, crossword puzzles.
