Just a young chef who's attacking the food industry so I can be on Iron Chef America and prevail!!! Europe is my next step to pursue more professional cooking and then move to Napa Valley and open a Bistro in the wine country!!! Im a HUGE European futbol fan and def spend alot of time watching and catching up on futbol scores from over seas...AC MIlan and Bayern Munich are my favorite futbol squads and are the best in the world in their own right so i try to keep up with them!!I recently met the girl of my dreams and ran into a very good career oppurtunity all in one month, I also just baught a 05'Volvo S60 so things are workin themselves back into place...but can only get better! Its a damn good feeling when you know your search for a good woman comes to an end because one finally came...at last a amazing woman in my life...its almost complete!! Thanks Kat!!! Go Red Sox...kick some fuckin ass!!!
