Joe Foxx

Native of Hicksville oh I mean Schnecksville, Pa. My love for music began when I was very young and started playing Guitar at the age of thirteen and began playing the bass at sixteen. I grew up around Lehigh Valleys Music Scene in Pennsylvania and started playing the local bars and clubs at the age of sixteen of course in the mid to late 80's it was all glam rock and the band I was in eventually evolved into a heavy rock/blues band called Sweet Tequila for a couple years and the band being one of the Lehigh Valleys Biggest bands. performing for hundreds of people at clubs and biker events. After being married at the age of twenty and divorced by the time I was twenty three with two children both boys. and moving away from the Lehigh Valley only to return five years later and reuniting with my best friend of 15 years singer/mentor Scott Marshall original singer from Sweet Tequila. From 2001 till 2005 we started playing acoustic gigs around the Lehigh Valley again and formed the band Marshall's Law in March of 2005. In a nine month stint we were playing gigs all around the Lehigh valley including New York City's Kenny Castaway s In Greenwich Village and CBGB"S. In September of 2005 Scott was signed to a independent label Soulshaker Records and we recorded his debut CD and now playing shows in the Trisate area. Music has consumed so much my life its like oxygen to me I have to have it around me at all times. I once said that its not about the Money even though it's nice it not the girls, the fame or fortune its about me. When I step on stage for that hour or two I step out of myself and become someone else and all my trouble and worries disappear. I am an entertainer. I spent over half my life devoting it to music it would just be a waste if I quit now.
